Eligibility

All products purchased from Maa Tara Market are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The product must not have been used or damaged.
• The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number (RAN).
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the following address:

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
• Personalized or customized items
• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that have been purchased more than 7 days ago
